論保險利益原則
摘 要
保險利益原則是保險法原理中的1項重要的保險原則。在保險業日趨繁榮，人們對保險的日益增多的今天，保險利益原則也有了新的發展。保險利益原則的確立是保障保險活動健康發展的前提。通過介紹對保險利益原則的產生與發展極其理論意義和實踐意義，探尋目前我國《保險法》對保險利益原則的規定存在的諸多缺陷和不足，并提出了自己的立法建議，以期使我國的保險立法得到完善，更有利于保險業的發展。

Abstract
The principle of insurance interests is one of the important principles of the theory of the law of insurance. With the development of people’s demands in insurance, the insurance has become more and more prosperous, along with these developments, the principle of insurance interests also has got new development. The establishment of the principle of insurance interest is the prerequisite of the sound development of insurance activity. This article through introducing the production and the development of the principle of insurance interests, as well as the significance of theory and practice, to find out a great deal of flaws and insufficiency that exists in our country’s “law of insurance” which regulated the principle of insurance interests at present, and it have put forward some legislative suggestion. The legislative suggestion will make our country’s legislation of insurance improved, and the insurance industry developed.
