經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)視角下的循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論研究
摘 要:循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)作為當(dāng)代經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的1個研究領(lǐng)域，它是對復(fù)雜的、立體的經(jīng)濟(jì)問題和經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)象，從1個特定的側(cè)面、特定的視角進(jìn)行研究和解析。本文首先認(rèn)識了循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，發(fā)現(xiàn)我國循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論研究正在大步向循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式邁進(jìn)，有1個思路逐步清晰、內(nèi)涵不斷擴(kuò)大、重點有所調(diào)整的過程。但是，循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論研究的發(fā)展和實踐仍落后于國外。文章進(jìn)1步在經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)視角下，從與循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論密切聯(lián)系的不同學(xué)科對其進(jìn)行分析、研究，在此基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)現(xiàn)，循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論的發(fā)展過程中還存在著很多誤區(qū)，這些制約著我國循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。通過對前人結(jié)論的匯總和延伸、與國外循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的對比以及對國外成功實例的借鑒，最后提出了關(guān)于循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論發(fā)展的若干建議：正確定義循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)、突出重點，結(jié)合實際和完善激勵循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的宏、微觀機(jī)制。力圖幫助人們清楚地認(rèn)識到多途徑、多部門、多環(huán)節(jié)的循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)，增強循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)意識，乃至于加快循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展。

Discussion on circulation economy from the angles of economy
Abstract:The circulation economy took the contemporary economic a research area, it is to complex, the three-dimensional economic problem and the economic phenomena, from a specific side, the specific angle of view conducts the research and the analysis. This article had first known the circulation economy development condition, discovered our country circulates the economic theory research stride to make great strides forward to the circulation economy development pattern, some mentality is gradually clear, the connotation unceasingly expands, has the adjustment process with emphasis. But, the circulation economic theory research development and the practice still fell behind overseas.The article further under the economic angle of view, from carries on the analysis, the research with the circulation economic theory close relation different discipline to it, discovered in this foundation, also has very many erroneous zones in the circulation economic theory developing process, these restrict our country to circulate the economical development. And through compiles to the predecessor conclusion and extends, with the overseas circulation economy development contrast as well as to the overseas success example model, finally proposed certain suggested about the circulation economic theory development: Correct definition circulation economy, prominent key, the union is actual and consummates the drive circulation economy greatly, the microscopic mechanism. Tries hard to help the people clearly to realize to the multi- ways, the multi- departments, the multi- links circulation economy, enhancement circulation economy consciousness, and even to speeds up the circulation economy the fast development.
