自我介紹技巧：
1. 擬自我介紹的草稿。擬一個(gè)英文草稿，多練習(xí)，糾正發(fā)音，練習(xí)流利程度，才會(huì)表現(xiàn)得更從容，可以多準(zhǔn)備一些常用的詞組和連接詞，使表達(dá)得更地道。
2. 簡短的開場(chǎng)白。在比賽時(shí)，首先，禮貌的作簡短的開場(chǎng)白。對(duì)于在場(chǎng)的評(píng)委，都要一一示意。開場(chǎng)白可以是固定英文介紹模版，但切忌不能過長。
3. 掌握時(shí)間。因?yàn)橐?guī)定了比賽時(shí)間，所以既不能超時(shí)太長，也不能過于簡短的回答，可以使用一些常用的詞組和連接詞。
4. 突出個(gè)人的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和特長，說出自己的興趣愛好及特長。
5. 展示個(gè)性。使個(gè)人形象鮮明，可以適當(dāng)引用別人的言論。比如主管、朋友的評(píng)論，來支持自己，從各方面塑造自己。
6. 眼睛不要東張西望，四處游離，顯得漫不經(jīng)心的樣子。眼睛應(yīng)多注視評(píng)委，但也不能目不轉(zhuǎn)睛，盡量減少一下手部的輔助動(dòng)作，保持一種得體的坐姿，也是十分重要的。
