　　1.提前踩點

　　假如你可以自行選擇坐的地方,選個硬靠背的椅子,別選擇沙發。否則你會沉在沙發里,難以表現嚴謹的形象。

　　你應該筆直而又舒適地坐著,讓你的腳平放在地上,身體輕微向前傾。稍微坐近一點以便于更好地交流,但不要坐得太近,那樣會顯得對別人的個人空間充滿侵略性。

　　5.不要過多擺弄你的手

　　避免觸摸你的臉、頭發和首飾,也不要翻動你的公文包。除非到了該拿出來的時候,你應該把所有你要展示的文件都留在公文包里。
