　　1. 招聘人員怎樣鑒別簡歷? 寫得好，當然要保留，如果其背景又是公司急需的，可能馬上就要見;寫得不好的，就會丟掉，實際上，連看都不看。任何一個知名的大公司，每天都有成百上千人遞簡歷，如果寫得太差，根本就不值得保留。因為這些公司認為，一個人連自己的.簡歷都寫不好，將來進了公司，對外行文質量不夠;對內(nèi)說件事情也說不清楚，公司肯定不要這樣的人。大家經(jīng)常說大公司的人訓練有素，實際上這也是其中一方面。即使不進大公司，簡歷寫得不好，也會顯得不懂基本格式，沒有智慧。

　　2. YRIS Your resume isscanned, not read.(“YRIS”)。一方面簡歷要寫得好，另一方面招聘人員看簡歷只是掃描式的，最初看也就是5秒鐘左右，寫得不好就扔了。首先你應明白兩點：第一，要了解招聘人員的工作性質。第二，要熟悉行文格式、專業(yè)寫作。另外，YRIS還說明寫的內(nèi)容千萬不要多，而且要控制在一頁內(nèi)，因為沒有人會認真看您的簡歷。

　　3. 簡歷中的任何字句，都有可能成為面試中的話題一定要有把握的才寫，沒有把握的不要寫，要實事求是，千萬不要夸張。外資公司是最忌諱撒謊的，一旦讓他覺得你在撒謊，你就喪失了進入這個公司的資格。格式結構如果已經(jīng)有全職工作了，一定把工作經(jīng)歷放在第二;如果您目前還是在校學生，應該把教育背景放在第二。作為在職人員，若把教育背景放在前面，人家會對你很不重視。
