第一：努力學(xué)習(xí)新教育的理念及精神。按照新教育和新教材的理念，積極進(jìn)行課堂教學(xué)模式的改革、探索，優(yōu)化課堂教學(xué)過程，探索適應(yīng)新教材要求的教學(xué)方法，處理好課程改革和執(zhí)行教學(xué)常規(guī)的關(guān)系，提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。重視對學(xué)生能力的培養(yǎng)，不斷提高學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)。做到既要教學(xué)又育人。使班級中每個(gè)孩子沐浴在課改的陽光雨露中，自信且成功地成長。
