2014 HK Finance Summer 面試經(jīng)驗(yàn)

　　剛剛面完二面，因?yàn)樵诤Ｍ馑�以本�?lái)是face-to-face的就改成了phone interview。

　　1. How do you deal with a situation that your teammates all work in different directions?

　　2. Have you come across a situation where you do not go along with other teammates because of different working styles?

　　3. What would you do if you have overwhelming things to do but have limited time? what if its impossible to finish all the work because there are just so much to do?

　　4. Tell me about your failure. How you figured about your problem after the failure and what did you learn from it?

　　5. Give me an example of how you tried to improve a working process.

　　6. Give me an example of how you used your knowledge to make contribution to the whole team or improve the team work.

　　7. Do you think understanding among different departments is important? What would you do to learn more about other departments and what would you do to let other departments learn more about your work?

　　8. Whats your biggest achievement so far and why?

　　9. How to motivate people? Give me an example.

　　10. Give me an example how you go beyond your responsibility and do a good job.

　　Interviewer 非常nice，完全不會(huì)給你任何壓力。面完試之后還嘮了會(huì)兒嗑，難怪她說(shuō)JP Morgan最好的就是里面的人。有好多過(guò)了一面的同學(xué)擔(dān)心二面一直沒(méi)有消息是不是就不了了之了，我也是等了很久，然后昨天凌晨給我發(fā)郵件約了今晚的面試。所以不要擔(dān)心，說(shuō)了會(huì)面的就一定會(huì)面，只是因?yàn)椴块T里的人工作很忙，所以時(shí)間不固定。祝大家好運(yùn)!
