　　面試的第一步，一般都是做一個一分鐘的自我介紹，根據公司不同，有時候也會要求做一分半鐘、三分鐘、五分鐘的自我介紹;外企或與外語關聯度較大的公司會要求做英語自我介紹。

　　不少面試者不太重視自我介紹部分，除了像調查戶口似地“匯報”一下自己的姓名、專業、畢業院校、曾經的工作單位之外，就再也說不出什么能吸引面試官的內容了。其實，面試官需要知道的恰恰是你沒有說出來的那些信息，畢竟能從簡歷上看到的內容，面試官都已經知道了。你要說的應該是簡歷中沒有寫出來或者沒有具體寫的事情。

　　一分鐘的面試自我介紹怎么做?

　　第一步：認識自己。

　　Brainstorm your qualities and accomplishments. For an interview introduction, briefly cover your major accomplishments and qualifications, such as certifications.

　　仔細想想自己都有哪些特點，取得過哪些成就。面試自我介紹，需要簡單提及自己取得過的重大成就，以及獲得的主要資質，比如某個證書。

　　想要在一分鐘內引起面試官的興趣，就必須一擊即中。最好的方式就是展示自己過去獲得過的成績，自己有什么樣的能力，從而可以為公司帶來什么樣好處。切記，公司不是慈善機構，不會因為你快交不起房租了，上有老下有小就雇傭你，公司要看的是你能創造多大的價值和利益。

　　第二步：投其所好

　　Choose a personal anecdote that illustrates your personality in a creative way. Employers want to hear about your accomplishments, and a personalized story helps you stand out. The story should take about 20 seconds to complete.

　　用有趣的方式講一個能體現個人特點的故事。雇主想要聽的是你取得的成績，個性化的故事能幫助你脫穎而出。個人故事的時間最好控制在20秒內。

　　講故事是讓你區別于其他求職者的好方法，故事的主題最好就是你在第一步中確定的自己的優勢。但你的故事必須要和應聘公司的企業文化、應聘的職位相關，這就是所謂的投其所好。你還要在故事中再一次突出你的強項：領導能力、溝通能力、學習能力、開拓能力等等。記住，你的故事一定是你最想讓面試官記住的內容，一定是對應聘公司有利的事情，一定是你最得意的成績。

　　第三步：事先演練

　　Practice your speech with a timer to make sure it is less than a minute. Read it to family and friends and solicit suggestions. Record and review your speech using a video camera. Pay attention to your mannerisms and projection of your voice. Smile and speak clearly.
