Responsible for entire business process from samples development to payment receiving:
1.Translate and transfer the customer's development documents to FTY, and check with FTY the progress of development/fitting/confirmation/full size samples. Then prepare the quotation and negotiate with customers.
2.Receive and input the order data to ERP system and pass them to FTY. Track the production progress and communicate with customers about all business affairs.
3.Arrange shipment and follow up the payment in accordance with the payment term (eg. My responsibility is to assist Marketing Director to deal with all the issues of the Marketing Department:
1.Expanding oversea market. Establishing and strengthening good business relationship with them.
2.Good communicate with other departments to well control the development and production.
3.Supervising the merchandisers’ daily work, assist Director to manage the whole office work.
4.Check the cost breakdown, quote the price and confirm the purchase orders with all the customers.
