　　除英文之外的.外文材料，請附中文翻譯件并蓋邀請單位公司章

　　1、邀請外國人來華簽證申報表

　　2、被邀請的每一人的護照復印件

　　3、雙方購銷合同

　　4、對方公司營業執照(如果今年貴公司未曾辦理邀請函，也須提供營業執照)

　　上述四項材料為一份材料，您需要提供共三份材料。(部分國家有特殊要求，請點擊“邀請有關國家商人來華最新要求”)

　　按次序裝訂好，到外僑辦審核。一份材料由義烏外僑辦留存，另二份材料經外僑辦審核、簽字、蓋章后，由企業經辦人送或特快寄金華市外僑辦辦理。外僑辦的辦理時間為隨到隨辦，3-5分鐘;外僑辦的辦理時間一般為3個工作日。外僑辦辦理好簽證通知后，將電話通知“聯系人”去金華取。
