南京旅游職業(yè)學(xué)院

　　南京旅游職業(yè)學(xué)院堅(jiān)持“專業(yè)化、精致化、人文化、國際化”辦學(xué)，以特色強(qiáng)校，以質(zhì)量立校，以品牌興校。學(xué)院現(xiàn)是中國旅游協(xié)會旅游教育分會副會長單位、中國旅游院校“五星聯(lián)盟”發(fā)起單位、江蘇省旅游職教集團(tuán)理事長單位、江蘇省職業(yè)教育旅游類教科研中心組組長單位，為推動全省乃至全國旅游職業(yè)教育，以及旅游職業(yè)院校的發(fā)展起到了積極的引領(lǐng)與示范作用。2015年，學(xué)校成為江蘇省省級示范性高等職業(yè)院校立項(xiàng)建設(shè)單位，設(shè)有酒店管理學(xué)院、旅游管理學(xué)院、烹飪與營養(yǎng)學(xué)院、繼續(xù)教育學(xué)院、人文藝術(shù)系、國際旅游系、基礎(chǔ)部、思政部、體育部四院兩系三部，以及江蘇紫金旅游規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)有限公司、江蘇中心旅館管理咨詢公司、烹飪與營養(yǎng)研究所、旅游高等職業(yè)教育研究所、旅游傳媒工作室等科技服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)。學(xué)校面向全國21個(gè)省份招生，現(xiàn)有在校生6300余人，開設(shè)專業(yè)25個(gè)，其中省級重點(diǎn)建設(shè)專業(yè)群2個(gè)、江蘇省A類品牌專業(yè)1個(gè)、省級特色專業(yè)計(jì)2個(gè)。

　　Adhering to professionalized, elaborate, humanized and internationalized schooling, NITH has been continuously innovating its model of personnel training by schooling characteristics, educational quality and brand specialties. As the vice-chairman unit of China Tourism Education Association, initiator of China Union of Five Tourism Institutes, president of Jiangsu Group of Tourism Vocational Education, leader of Tourism Vocational Teaching and Research Group in Jiangsu, NITH has been playing a key role in guiding the development of vocational tourism institutes, promoting the development of tourism vocational education in Jiangsu and even the whole country. Ratified as a construction unit of Provincial Demonstrative Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu in 2015, NITH has nine teaching schools (departments) including School of Hotel Management, School of Tourism Management, School of Culinary Arts and Nutrition, School of Further Education, Department of Humanities and Art, Department of International Tourism, Section of Fundamental Teaching, Section for the Teaching and Research of Ideological and Political Theory, Section for the Teaching of Physical Education, as well as science and technology service agencies including Zijin Tourism Planning and Design Co., Ltd, Jiangsu, Zhongxin Hotel Management Consultation Co. Jiangsu, Research Institute of Culinary Arts and Nutrition, Research Institute of Higher Vocational Tourism Education and Studio of Tourism Media. NITH now has over 6,300 students recruited from 21 provinces/autonomous regions, offering 25 specialties, including two provincial clusters of specialties for key construction, 1 provincial A-level brand specialty and 2 provincial characteristic specialties.

　　學(xué)校積極開展教學(xué)改革和教學(xué)質(zhì)量工程，參照職業(yè)崗位任職要求和行業(yè)企業(yè)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研討、修訂完成各專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)建設(shè)方案。啟動實(shí)施以工作過程和職業(yè)能力為導(dǎo)向的新一輪項(xiàng)目課程體系改革，共獲得國家教學(xué)成果二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)、江蘇省高等教育教學(xué)成果一等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)、二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)，擁有省級精品課程3門、省級精品教材3部、省級重點(diǎn)教材2部、國家“十一五”規(guī)劃教材和“十二五”職業(yè)教育國家規(guī)劃教材20余部。學(xué)校不斷強(qiáng)化實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)，現(xiàn)有中央財(cái)政支持的職業(yè)教育實(shí)訓(xùn)基地1個(gè)、省級高職示范實(shí)訓(xùn)基地2個(gè)。

　　NITH has been actively deepening the reform to its education and teaching, discussing and revising personnel training program of specialties by reference to job requirements and technical standards of industries and enterprises. Launching a new round of project-based curricula reform oriented by working process and professional abilities, NITH has been awarded a second-prize of Teaching Achievement in China, 2 first-prizes and 1 second-prize of Educational and Teaching Achievement in Jiangsu Province, with 3 provincial excellent courses, 3 provincial excellent textbooks, 2 provincial key textbooks, more than 20 textbooks of national 11th Five-year Plan and 12th Five-year Plan for Vocational Education. NITH has been continuously deepening the building of training base, including 1 national base for practical training of vocational education supported by central finance and 2 provincial demonstrative bases for practical training of higher vocational education.

　　學(xué)校秉承服務(wù)社會，報(bào)效國家的辦學(xué)理念，不斷創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式，初步形成了現(xiàn)代職教體系，以專科為基礎(chǔ)延伸，“3+3”中高職銜接項(xiàng)目、“3+2”本科分段培養(yǎng)項(xiàng)目、“專接本”對接項(xiàng)目。通過校企合作辦學(xué)，集聚優(yōu)勢資源，學(xué)校與洲際酒店集團(tuán)、希爾頓酒店集團(tuán)、常州中華恐龍園等60多家國內(nèi)外知名旅游企業(yè)簽署了戰(zhàn)略性合作協(xié)議，建立了長期穩(wěn)定的緊密型合作伙伴關(guān)系，開展了校企共管共培的“訂單式”人才培養(yǎng)模式。

　　NITH has always been adhering to the schooling philosophy of serving our country and communities, continuously innovating its model of personnel training, forming a preliminary modern vocational education system of “3+3” personnel training of secondary with higher vocational education project, “3+2” two-stage undergraduate education project and diploma-oriented higher-vocational-to-undergraduate education project extended on the basis of higher vocational education. Through school-enterprise cooperation to gather superior resources, NITH signed strategic cooperation agreement with more than 60 famous tourism enterprises at home and abroad like InterContinental Hotels Group, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Changzhou China Dinosaur Park, etc., establishing long-term stable cooperative partnership and developing order-oriented personnel training model of joint management and training by both parties.

　　學(xué)校堅(jiān)持以賽促教，以賽促學(xué)，不斷強(qiáng)化職業(yè)技能培養(yǎng)。近年來，學(xué)生獲得酒店、烹飪、導(dǎo)游、英語等國家級各類技能大賽金獎(jiǎng)、銀獎(jiǎng)60多項(xiàng)。2014年至2015年，囊括全國職業(yè)院校技能大賽14項(xiàng)金牌，成為全國獲旅游類競賽金牌總數(shù)最多的高職院校之一，連續(xù)兩年被評為“江蘇省職業(yè)院校技能大賽先進(jìn)單位”。

　　Adhering to the concept of promoting teaching and studying with competition, NITH continuously strengthen its training of professional skills. Students from NITH have been awarded more than 60 gold and silver medals in national hospitality skills, culinary skills, tour guide service and English competitions in recent years. NITH has been awarded 14 gold medals in national vocational students’ skills competition, being one of the higher vocational colleges winning the most gold medals at national tourism skills competition, thus being conferred the Advanced Unit of Vocational Students’ Skills Competition in Jiangsu Province.

　　學(xué)校大力實(shí)施“人才強(qiáng)校”戰(zhàn)略，通過引進(jìn)、培訓(xùn)、進(jìn)修等多元培養(yǎng)方式，全面提高專業(yè)帶頭人和骨干教師的業(yè)務(wù)水平，加快優(yōu)化師資隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)。專任教師中，碩、博士占67%、雙師型教師超過80%。有國家級、省級飯店星評員、A級旅游景點(diǎn)評審專家等36人、國家旅游局“旅游業(yè)青年專家培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃”2人、國家旅游局“萬名旅游英才計(jì)劃‘雙師型’教師培養(yǎng)項(xiàng)目”10人、江蘇省“有突出貢獻(xiàn)中青年專家”1人、江蘇省“333工程”培養(yǎng)對象2人、江蘇省“青藍(lán)工程”學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人和骨干教師7人。

　　NITH vigorously promote the implementation of the strategy of strengthening school-running through human resources development by ways of introduction, training and further study to improve academic leaders and key teachers’ professional level and to optimize faculty structure. Among the full-time teachers of NITH, holders of master/doctor degrees account for 67%, and over 80% of them are double-professionally-titled teachers. There are 36 national and provincial star-raters of tourist hotels, assessment experts for Grade A scenic spots, 2 young experts in Tourism Industry of Training Program of China National Tourism Administration (CNTA), 10 double-professionally-titled teachers of Ten-Thousand-Tourism-Talents Training Program of CNTA, 1 Middle-aged and Young Expert of Outstanding Contribution to Jiangsu Province, 2 third-level trainees for the 333 Project of Jiangsu Province, 7 academic leaders and key teachers of Qing Lan Project of Jiangsu Province.

　　近年來，學(xué)校先后承擔(dān)120余項(xiàng)縱橫向科研項(xiàng)目，其中國家社科基金項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)、省部級課題14項(xiàng)，獲得省市級及以上科研成果獎(jiǎng)8項(xiàng)、專利10項(xiàng);參與行業(yè)、技術(shù)工種的技術(shù)等級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定20項(xiàng)。依托產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作基地、中心旅館咨詢公司、職業(yè)技能鑒定所、江蘇紫金旅游規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)研究院等，為23個(gè)省、市、區(qū)近100家高星級飯店提供咨詢、管理服務(wù)，培訓(xùn)中高級酒店管理人員近6萬人次，完成旅游企業(yè)技能鑒定2萬余人，連續(xù)五年被評為省先進(jìn)技能鑒定所。學(xué)校還是全省旅游中職教育骨干教師培訓(xùn)基地和全國旅游服務(wù)與管理高職骨干教師國培基地。

　　NITH has accomplished more than 120 scientific research projects supported by enterprises or sponsored by government and undertook by colleges & universities in recent years, including 1 project of National Fund in Social Science, 14 assigned research projects at provincial and ministerial level. NITH has won 8 research achievement awards at provincial and municipal level, holding 10 patents and participating in making 20 technical grade standards for industries and technical work. NITH has been offering consultation and management service for almost 100 starred hotels in 23 provinces/autonomous regions/municipalities, training service for nearly 60,000 medium-and-high-level hotel managers, and skill appraisal service for more than 20,000 personnel in tourism enterprises with the help of multi-purpose learning-working-researching cooperative bases, Zhongxin Hotel Management Consultation Co., vocational skill appraisal office and Zijin Tourism Planning and Design Co., Ltd. NITH has been chosen as the Advanced Vocational Skill Appraisal Office in Jiangsu province in succession during last five years. NITH also serves as key teachers training center of secondary vocational tourism education in Jiangsu province and national key teachers training center of tourist service and management for higher vocational education.

　　學(xué)校堅(jiān)持走“國際化”的辦學(xué)道路，與境外9所高校建立起密切合作機(jī)制，與境外2所高校實(shí)施合作辦學(xué)和延伸辦學(xué)，與多所境外高校建立了教師互派、學(xué)生互換的互訪研學(xué)機(jī)制，和境外54家企業(yè)搭建了實(shí)習(xí)研修平臺。每年赴外研修和留學(xué)學(xué)生高達(dá)200多名，占到實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)生總數(shù)的10%以上，為學(xué)生的持續(xù)發(fā)展搭建了成長成才的立交橋。學(xué)校連續(xù)兩度(2011、2013年)被評為“江蘇省教育國際合作交流先進(jìn)學(xué)校”。

　　NITH has been adhering to the schooling philosophy of internationalization, establishing the mechanism of close cooperation with 9 foreign universities and colleges, developing Sino-foreign cooperation and extension in running school with 2 foreign universities and colleges. NITH has established academic exchange relations with many institutions in the world by many teacher and student exchange programmes, building practice and training platform with 54 foreign enterprises. More than 200 students, accounting for more than 10% of the total practice students, can go abroad for training, exchange and study each year, which is beneficial to students’ sustainable development. NITH has been chosen as the Advanced School of International Educational Cooperation and Exchange in Jiangsu Province twice in 2011 and 2013.

　　三十多年的歷史積淀與辦學(xué)探索，學(xué)校已為全省乃至全國培養(yǎng)和輸送了一大批旅游專業(yè)人才和經(jīng)營管理骨干，在全省旅游行業(yè)和全國旅游職業(yè)教育領(lǐng)域享有較高的聲譽(yù)，被業(yè)內(nèi)譽(yù)為“中國旅游人才的搖籃”和“中國酒店業(yè)的黃埔軍校”，受到了國家、省、市等相關(guān)部門的嘉獎(jiǎng)與表彰。學(xué)校先后獲得“全國旅游系統(tǒng)先進(jìn)集體”、“江蘇省高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)工作先進(jìn)集體”、“江蘇教育國際交流合作先進(jìn)學(xué)校”、“江蘇省平安校園”、“江蘇省職業(yè)院校技能大賽先進(jìn)單位”、“江蘇省職業(yè)教育先進(jìn)單位”、“江蘇省高等學(xué)校和諧校園”、“江蘇省教育宣傳工作先進(jìn)單位”等多項(xiàng)榮譽(yù)稱號。

　　With a school-running history of more than 30 years, NITH has trained a large amount of professional personnel and operation and management talents in tourism industry for Jiangsu province and even the whole country. Enjoying a high reputation in tourism industry of Jiangsu province and national tourism vocational education, NITH is reputed as the “cradle of tourism personnel in China” and “Huangpu Military School in Hotel Industry” (an incubator of elites for Chinese hotel industry), having won many national, provincial and municipal praises and commendations. NITH has been successively awarded such honorary titles as a National Advanced Collective in the Tourism System, an Advanced Collective of College Graduates’ Employment in Jiangsu Province, an Advanced School of International Educational Cooperation and Exchange in Jiangsu Province, a Safe and Peaceful Campus in Jiangsu Province, an Advanced Unit of Vocational Students Skills Competition in Jiangsu Province, an Advanced Unit of Vocational Education in Jiangsu Province, a College with Harmonious Campus in Jiangsu Province and an advanced Unit of Educational Publicity in Jiangsu Province, etc..
