　　申請人自愿申請西北政法大學國際教育交流項目辦公室對“中美3+1國際教育交流項目”出國留學申請辦理。申請人已知曉并接受西北政法大學國際教育交流項目辦公室對留學申請的各項規定，并簽訂此申請書。申請書規定如下：

　　一、申請人須遵守中美兩國法律法規，赴美留學期間遵守美方大學校紀校規;

　　二、西北政法大學國際教育交流項目辦公室有權力對申請人進行政治及申請資格的審查與評估;

　　三、項目辦統一辦理赴美留學申請，截止日期根據美方大學錄取結果為準;

　　四、此出國留學申請截止日期為當年11月30日;

　　五、申請人免交項目注冊費，僅須繳納項目管理費4000元，代美國福特海斯州立大學收取申請費450元人民幣/人;

　　1.當年9月30日前申請項目管理費4000元/人，11月1日之前申請的項目管理費為5000元/人;

　　2.因故不能赴美留學的管理費退費標準如下：

　　A.9月1日-9月30日提出退費申請的，所交項目管理費全部退回;

　　B.9月30日-10月31日提出退費申請的，所交項目管理費50%退回;

As a young girl， it was inspirational hearing about his business ventures， and meeting the varied and interesting circle of entrepreneurs. My mother was also involved in business as an accountant， helping him with simple calculations.
