低分簡歷“五宗罪”
1、忌千人一面。字體一樣、字號一樣，連需要填寫的項目也一樣，沒有求職者自己發揮的空間，也很難讓求職者突出自己的'“閃光點”。
2、有的求職者在選擇字號的時候，把“簡歷”兩個字設計得很大，而正文卻用很小的字號，這樣的格式不僅讓人覺得不美觀，而且用人單位很可能會認為你是個“非黑即白”的極端的人。
3、忌主次不分。用簡歷來介紹自己，比較好的順序是“個人信息”、“教育背景”、“工作經歷”和“自我評價”。
4、忌頁面設計。一般來說，段與段之間，用1.5倍的行距就足夠了，而頁邊距最好是2cm。很多應聘者，要不是“太過奢侈”，在簡歷上“留白”太多、“太過節約”都不太好。
5、忌設計花哨。用太多的字體、字符、加粗和下劃線，其實這些都是沒有必要的
