There was a lack of growth opportunities, as the company wasquite small. One of the reason I am so interested in yourcompany is that it is much bigger organization with formalcareer planning structures in place.
公司規(guī)模太小，缺少成長(zhǎng)空間。我對(duì)貴公司感興趣的原因之一就是，貴公司是一個(gè)規(guī)模較大的公司，并且有職業(yè)規(guī)劃體系。
There was very little opportunity for me to use my initiative. I regard this as one of my strengths.I found it frustrating that I was unable to get past the bureaucracy of such a big company toimplement any improvements. This is why I am enthusiastic about working for a smaller companylike this one, which I know will encourage employees to use their initiative.

I’ve given this question some thought, and overall I’ve been very satisfied with my jobs. I’ve beenable to work with some really interesting people. But I have to say that I did have a job wherethere was an inordinate amount of paperwork. Because working with people is my strength, thepaperwork really bogged me down at times.
針對(duì)這個(gè)問(wèn)題，我思考過(guò)很多次，整體來(lái)說(shuō)，我很滿(mǎn)意我之前的.工作。我可以和一些很有趣的人一起工作，但是我必須要說(shuō)，我工作中的文書(shū)工作實(shí)在是多得不合常理。與人打交道是我的特長(zhǎng)，但是文書(shū)工作常常讓我陷入僵局。
As a fresh face in the working world, the company offers a great opportunity for a good entry levelposition. However, after being there for so many years, I felt I was not able to reach my fullpotential because the lack of challenges. I also didn’t think there was room for advancement in thecompany. I did enjoy working there and appreciate the skills I developed while with the company.But I feel my skill set can be better utilized elsewhere, where my capabilities are more recognizedand there is the opportunity for growth.
作為一個(gè)職場(chǎng)新人，公司提供了一個(gè)很好的入門(mén)級(jí)工作機(jī)會(huì)。但是工作這么多年后，我發(fā)現(xiàn)我沒(méi)法充分發(fā)揮自己的潛能，因?yàn)槿鄙偬魬?zhàn)。我也不認(rèn)為在公司有上升空間。我喜歡在那里工作，我也感激在那里學(xué)到的技能。但是我覺(jué)得我的技能在別處能得到更好的利用，同時(shí)我的能力也會(huì)受賞識(shí)，我也更有成長(zhǎng)空間。
